These Terms of Service govern your access to the Tegrity Solar LLC website. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Informational purpose

Website content is general information and is not a guarantee of savings, eligibility, system performance, incentives, financing, installation, or utility approval. Solar results and agreement terms depend on the property, utility, provider, and final written documents.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial, engineering, or investment advice. Review all final agreements and consult qualified advisors when appropriate.

Tegrity Solar text-message program

The contact form offers two independent, optional text choices. Appointment/project texts cover customer support about your solar inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. Marketing texts cover solar services, offers, and promotional follow-up. Check only the choices you want. Neither is preselected or required to send an inquiry or make a purchase.

By checking a text choice and submitting the form, you authorize Tegrity Solar to send that category of messages to the number you provide, including messages sent by auto dialer. Provide a number you control. This SMS consent does not authorize marketing calls or email, or another company’s text marketing.

Message frequency varies with your requests and the program you choose. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Tegrity Solar does not charge a separate subscription fee for these texts.

Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking an unsubscribe link where available. Reply HELP for help or email moe@tegritysolar.com. After opting out, you may receive a message confirming the opt-out. Further program messages must stop unless you provide new consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and availability depend on your mobile carrier and service. The Privacy Policy explains collection, storage, and restricted sharing of mobile information and consent.

Inquiries and appointments

Submitting an inquiry allows us to review it and respond. It does not book an appointment, purchase a service, or enroll you in texts unless you select a text choice. The form saves your request and preferences; it does not automatically send messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its content in violation of law.

Third-party services

We may refer homeowners to authorized solar professionals or service providers. Third-party products, services, websites, agreements, and performance are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Tegrity Solar LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
