Tegrity Solar LLC ("Tegrity Solar," "we," "us," or "our") uses information you provide to respond to solar inquiries and organize requested follow-up.

Information this website collects

Our inquiry form collects your first name, last name, and email address. Your phone number and address are optional. If you choose text messages, we need the phone number for those messages. We also save the submission time, form source, your separate text-message choices, and the exact consent disclosures and their version, including when you leave a choice unchecked.

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available in a private inbox restricted to the website owner. Submitting the form does not itself send a text, make a call, send an email, or transfer your inquiry to a dialer or CRM.

Technical information

The website’s hosting providers process network and request information to deliver and protect the site. The form uses a short-lived hash derived from an IP address and an hourly time period to limit repeated submissions. This anti-spam record expires after two hours and is removed on a later accepted submission; raw IP addresses are not stored with inquiry records.

Fonts load from Google Fonts and some images load from Unsplash. Your browser connects to those providers, which receive request information such as your IP address. This form does not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Team sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies; visitors do not need an account to send an inquiry.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to questions, understand your solar request, arrange requested appointments or follow-up, honor communication preferences, protect the website, and maintain consent records. Appointment/project text consent and marketing text consent are separate. Leaving either box unchecked does not prevent an inquiry or purchase.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Message frequency varies based on your requests and the messaging program you choose. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing with solar partners for their own outreach. We do not share your SMS opt-in or consent status for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging program you chose. Service providers that support storage or delivery of that program may process this information only to provide those services for us.

Service providers and requested handoffs

Our website and database providers process information to operate this site. If you ask us to connect you with a solar professional, the details necessary for that request may be used for the handoff. Your consent to Tegrity Solar texts does not give another company permission to send you marketing texts. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Your choices and requests

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Tegrity Solar texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact moe@tegritysolar.com. You can also use that address to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted or ask us to stop follow-up. We may need to verify a request and retain records needed to document consent, opt-outs, resolve disputes, or meet legal requirements.

Retention and security

Inquiry and consent records remain in the private inbox until reviewed for removal; they do not automatically expire. Contact us about retention or deletion. Access to the inbox requires the website owner’s authenticated account. No online storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
